Return Policy
- We accept returns within 14 days of purchase
- All refrigerated products must be properly refrigerated before and after opening
- Returns are issued as store credit only
Store Credit Options
- Store credit will be issued for the full amount of your purchase
- Store credit has no expiration date
- Store credit can be used for any future purchases
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@beytoot.ca with your order number and reason for return
- Choose from two return methods:
- Ship the product back (customer responsible for shipping costs)
- Drop-off at our Downtown Toronto location [address]
Processing Time
- Store credit will be issued within 2 business days after receiving the returned product
